Teams & Enterprise
The difference between the self-serve Teams plan and custom Enterprise, and how each one works.
Both plans give multiple analysts access under one organization, but they're built for different needs and bought in different ways.
Teams (self-serve)
Built for small agencies or teams of 3 to 10 analysts who want to start right away, no sales call needed.
- €39/analyst/month, from 3 to 10 analysts.
- Bought directly online at /teams with a card.
- Every analyst has their own account — it's not a license shared between several people.
- Includes: shared cases, organization-wide API keys (a key set by the owner, available to the whole team) and an audit log of what's been investigated.
- The owner manages seats and invites from the organization panel inside the app.
Enterprise (sales-led)
Built for large organizations, government agencies or law enforcement needing more than 10 seats or specific compliance requirements.
- Custom pricing, invoiced through a direct agreement (not Stripe Checkout).
- No seat limit — organizations of any size.
- SSO, EU hosting, SLA-backed support, plus the same organization keys and audit log as the Teams plan.
- A sales process: reach out from /enterprise and the OSINT UI team puts together a proposal.
What both plans share
- Organization API keys: the owner can share one key with the whole team, so not every analyst has to configure their own just to use a given tool. A user's personal key, if they have one, always takes priority over the organization's.
- Audit log: which tool ran, when, and (anonymized) against what type of selector — without storing the exact search content.
- Roles: owner, admin and analyst, with different levels of control over members and keys.
Which one to pick
If your team is 10 people or fewer and you want to start today with a card: Teams. If you need more seats, SSO, or an invoice with specific terms: Enterprise.
